I wear em out literally............. . I broke my last one by jumping in a room with a fan while exercsing. One of them just stopped working for me ,another the sensor stopped working on the strap) it takes to long to get em fixed by polar and purchasing parts costs just as much as buying a new one, so i just purchase a new one when they smurf themselves which is roughly every 1.5 yrs. There cheap as chips " now............. the one i have now is
RS300 X got last yr and its going good
