What about Clara?
It's similar and still has the same elegant feel as Claire.

Perhaps Linnae?

It's a type of flower

I think Natalie Linnae Clarke would be very pretty

i am NOT trying to be a "miss know-it-all", i promise. but i googled "linnae" because i wanted to see what the flower looked like....but all i could find was a flower named "linnea" (i'm not sure if that would change the pronounciation?). maybe i googled it wrong though? i dunno...just thought i'd mention it just in case.

Linnea (lin-nay-ah/Lin-nee-ah)

The spelling of Linnae (Lin-a) is a variant
