36 weeks exactly

This picture is special because it's the last picture I have of my pregnancy with Peyton. Because it shows we made it to a safe week where he could come without so much risk. I had Acute Fatty Liver Syndrome and for the last 6-8 weeks of my pregnancy, I was in the hospital closely being monitored and every other day the doctor would say I needed to be induced right away then they would change their mind. It was scary but all worth it for LO.

this was the last pregnant i took before i headed to the hospital; this was like around 8 in the morning only 7 hours before i met my little one. i miss my big ol'belly

This picture was taken one hour before I went up to the hospital to meet my little boy. It was special because we didn't even think I would make it to 36wks, and he stayed put tell 39wks.

I have endomitriosis, polycystic ovarian disorder, and am a victim of sexual abuse. I was told that I could never conceive, and had 2 m/c before I had a viable pregnancy. I almost lost her three separate times when I was pregnant, because the amniotic sack didn't attach properly.

I spent almost the whole pregnancy expecting to lose my baby girl, and although my body was doing everything to keep her from me, she fought and survived. This picture of me, carrying a baby full term, still makes me unbearably proud. I proved more than 9 doctors wrong with sheer will and a lot of love, and I got the sweetest reward I could ever imagine for it.

This picture is me 11 weeks pregnant with my daughter and the reason this picture is important to me is because I took it right before my fiance took me out to a beautiful dinner where I told him he was going to be daddy again. One of the best nights ever

6th Pregnancy - 3rd Child
26 Weeks w/ Baby #3 - [03/21/2012]


The reason why this picture is so special is simply because I am pregnant and that I made it past the 9 week mark! I know I have two older kids that are 8 & 10 years old from my ex-husband, but I've been w/ my current SO for a little over 6 years now and we decided to try for a baby of our OWN after about a year and a half of being together. Well we TTC'ed for about 4 1/2 years and had 3 miscarriages in the process (2 of which were 3 months apart) and ALL of those pregnancies I lost at the 9 week mark. I know my OBGYN said it was probably something wrong w/ our genes and that they didn't 'mesh well' with eachother to produce a viable, healthy pregnancy. So we had come to terms with the fact we was most likely never going to have a baby of our own and we decided to quit trying after the 3rd miscarriage. Well a little over 2 years later after we quit trying I end up pregnant w/ our now 3 1/2 month old son Micah (who I'm pregnant with in the picture). I know he is our little miracle and blessing from above, and I guess God didn't see it to be the right time for us to have a baby back then but when we had given up hope of ever having a child of our own, God give it back to us by blessing us with our beautiful baby boy Micah - and we thank him each and every day for giving us this sweet, precious boy! <3

And it's also one of my favorite pictures during my pregnancy w/ Micah since it was my favorite outfit to wear while pregnant, cause it made me feel the prettiest...that is the reason I chose this picture over the other pictures I took during the pregnancy!  

Sara..this picture is special to me because it was my first baby bump pic at 181/2 weeks. It took me that long to feel like I wasn't just fat, and I guess it's because I also had just started feeling him move.
