so my youngest was born on my sisters birthday April friday the 13th (sister was also born on a friday)

and Penelope will turn 6 months on the day my sister died (oct 13th) its hard to have such happy and sad days in one day...

pointless post just needed to get it out of my head lol

My mother was born October 13 my dads boss passed away on October 13, it's just a popular day for good and bad things....just try to make the best of it really

oh i just mean that they are hard days bcuz thats what she died and when she was born but also when my daughter was born and turns 6 months i dont mean 13th means anything thats my fav number to be honest lol

i agree... my due date was the 23rd and when my water broke on the 13th early in the AM all i could do was cry and thank my sister for turning it into a wonderful day...when i called my mom that AM i could hear her crying on the phone saying "its going to be a good day"

I know what you mean this year my mom turns 43 on October 13, and it also marks the 1 year Anni of my dads long time friend and bosses passing, he died of lymphoma. Its a day to celebrate and mourn at the same time. I say lets do it like they do in new Orleans and throw a party for everything.

i agree with that!!!

My grandmother died of colon cancer April 15, 2001 and my son was born April 15th of this year. I think it's an honor that my son brings that happiness back to that day.

My daughters Bday is the 13th also! I agree with the other post..celebrate it your sister would love that!
