Exercising with a hip out of place?

Okay, so my right hip is out of place...and I won't have the money to go to the chiropractor until next month. But I have a health class for college, and I was wondering if there's any exercise I can do activity wise that won't kill my hip, but will be productive? I'm 31 weeks and I don't want to be completely screwed over when my little girl is born. I plan on walking with her and exercising with my boyfriend after she's born...but I'm not really sure how I can work on being healthier right now.
I got a belly band, which helps with the sciatic nerve pain (baby girl's favorite pillow   ) and I can take Tylenol every once in awhile for muscle aches but that's how I go to bed. Soooo...any advice/options would be awesome!

Can you just do upper body and sitting things? I mean, you can't really do anything lower body right?

I can walk and stuff a little...but it kills me to even walk through the grocery stores. So I'm mostly limited to upper body and sitting things :/
