I just thought the disposable ones were a waste of money. The bunched up and didn't absorb very much. But with cloth I use my pantyliners for the last couple days of my period and I usually only use 2 or 3 liners a day. They don't absorb a ton, but they work awesome for me because those last few days it's like, there's not much there, but it's enough every now and then that I need something to catch it. Ya know?
