When I first did it, I had only been walking/jogging for 2 days for the first time in forever. My thighs were so sore, it hurt to get up and down lol.
IDK if you seen my thread I made about my measurements, but I've lost a total of 6.5 inches in a week. I'm more worried about inches than pounds because I don't own a scale. I was walking/jogging at least 30 minutes a day, eating in portions, and drinking as much water as I could. For now though, I'm going to stick to 30 DS.
It's definitely worth it! Even if I do catch myself cussing Jillian lol.
