If you go running/walking

Do you do it in the dark?
Like...at night time?
I'm so paranoid...but I can't really do it during the day because of the kiddos..

I have, I really don't like to. I am a paranoid freak. I won't go walk now because it's too dark and I am positive that I will be

A: abducted by aliens
B: Murdered
or
C: Kidnapped and sold overseas as a sex slave.



Getting home safely isn't in my mind as an options  

No... I never ever go after dark. Even living in a good neighborhood, I worry more about being hit by a car!!

I walk at night, but I live on a military base.   So I feel safe.

2am was what time i did it before getting prego but the local police knew i was doing it every night and they would often check on me i also happen to live in a small town so it was nice.

Funny thing, I am convinced that the zombie apocalypse will start in a hospital. Every time I am at a hospital for whatever reason, it's all I think about  

I wear bright colors and a glow belt and carry mace---but I feel life. I live in a really safe area (base!) and know my neighbor in passing and they all watch out for evening runners because there are so many of us.

So glad I'm not just overly paranoid.. lol.

If I had someone else with me I would, but...no.

I do! But I take my trusty dog! (Not that he would do a damn thing but lick the face of the person trying to abduct me!) People are scared of dogs though. Especially when you pull em in close and tell them to "Be Nice" when someone gets close. You can make a well behaved, wouldn't hurt a fly kind of dog look mean if you really want!!

yeah, i sure do. i dont particularly love it... (ie. slightly paranoid), but i dont hate it either. its nice to get out. I just take my phone and make sure that my husband knows my exact route and about the time I should be home.
