Adjusted age?

If you have a preemie, how long do you use their adjusted age like for where they should be developmentally? Aria was 4 weeks 1 day early, she's now 6 days adjusted and I don't know how people usually use that.

We used my 2 daughters adjusted ages for 1 yr. So many dr apointments. To this day I get confused on their actual b-day vs. adjusted one.

Probably a yr or as long as it takes to acquire the first yr milestones. But how is she 6 days adjusted age? I'm confused.

I never did that, I just said how old she really was and that she was 1 month early lol, she did everything 1 month after she should have, my nephew was born 7 days after her and she was exactly 1 month behind him in everything like sitting up, rolling around, she never crawled, and walked at 3 months, she's now 2, and besides being small very smart and catches on to things super fast...

Her due date was 6 days ago. But baby was born 4 weeks early making baby 4 weeks old.

You really don't use adjusted age for late term preemies, but adjusted age is used to 2 years
