There are a LOT of "aden" names around here!

Me too... Buuuut not my kid, not my problem!
I work at a daycare and we have some aaaawful names.

ahh didnt know where u were from since it says youre from Norway!   but yea up here in the Pacific North West its very uncommon!

Like everyone said, it is horribly over used, along with Brandon. I see one or the other on here almost daily. Are you open to suggestions or is your mind pretty made up? It's not a bad name, but he will probably be one of 5 in his class with the same name.

I am totally up for suggestions, I want a strong handsome name with a great meaning   His older sister's name is Zoey Marie. I also want a name that flows easy. And from the ppl ive talked to in my area, they all are not naming their kids Brayden or any other name like it. The people where I live prefer the Matthews, and James, and Steven, and tradtional type names.

Look up birth announcements in your local paper. You'll be able to better see how popular ayden names are

Then maybe try the larger cities around you? Really, the aydens are common everywhere

i wouldnt be to worried about who all has aiden names same goes for names like kayla, samantha, jessica, anna they all sound the same at the end.

I dislike the name. Too overdone as everyone has mentioned.

i personally know a Caiden, Brayden, and a couple of Aidens.

i don't care for the name either way.
