It's over but now I'm worried

This is stemming from my previous post. I am planning on divorcing my husband and I do plan on eventually moving out of state.
When we separated back in October I had to get an injunction (order of protection). It stated that I had sole custody and he was granted supervised visitation But he had to complete anger management, parenting class and other things before he could take advantage of his visits. Well the injunction was only for 6 months. He swore up and down he was in those courses and after 6 months was up he said he completed them. We got back together and it just doesn't feel right to me. Things improved in the physical abuse, there hasn't been any but emotionally it's still there. I just recently found out that the he lied to me.
My lawyer thinks I stand a great chance to get sole custody again. Is it true that I have to have his permission to move out of state? What if I have full custody, do I still have to get permission?
