low back pain!!!

I am in so much pain right now, my low back is killing me. Before it was always just my left side, my Dr said it was the sciatic nerve, but now it's both sides. I can't sit comfortably, and I can't lay down because it tightens so bad that it hurts so bad that my jaw chatters! I know I can alternate heat and ice, but that's not working. Tylenol doesn't do a damn thing. I am seriously losing it with this pain!!!

I've had only one time of severe back pain during my pregnancy. That was a couple weeks ago. I couldn't even move. It hurt so bad it was hard for me to breath. I just laid there waiting for it to go away. I didn't know what to do. I was clenching my jaw the whole time. I hope your backpain goes away!

be sure ur not having contractions!
thats the same way i started feeling, and i ended up in the hospital, on preterm-labor..
get some rest, maybe drink lots of fluids, lay down on ur side!.

My lower back is killing me too it and what I find that helps out is to sit/lay in the tub.

Scary! I should just go lay down with my feet up. Thanks a lot everyone, it's nice to know that others go through the same stuff during their pregnancy, since my husband DOES NOT have a clue what we go through!
