Just make extra sure you can't feel them touching you. I felt it, but I was too nervous to say anything and wound up in so much pain. Being awake is awesome. You don't have to see anything because your face is behind a little curtain type deal but you can see the baby right after. The only part I disliked besides the pain was throwing up. They said some women do and some don't and apparently I wasn't lucky.
