After c section

I delivered my daughter 8-15-12 via c section, stopped bleeding two weeks out from delivering. I was just curious as to how long until I get a period again.? I knw all woman are different so any advice will be.helpful  

still havent got one and DD is 8 months. but im breastfeeding and i have an IUD

I stopped breast feeding when she was about 2 1/2 weeks. People keep telling me I should have had one by now but nothing yet

I had my DD on Dec. 12, 2012. my period came back 7 weeks later. If you are not breast feeding your period should resume 6-8 weeks after delivery. If your periods were irregular before this pregnancy, then it may take a little longer for your cycles to resume. However, it should come back soon. I also had a c-section Hope this helps! I am pregnant again, hoping to have a vaginal birth this time!!!!

with my daughter my cycle came back 8 weeks pp and I breast fed full time.
