I know the feeling. You need to stop freaking yourself out and just enjoy things. If something happens, it happens and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. All you can do is make sure you are healthy, mentally and physically.

Are you having symptoms that are worrying you? Previous history of recurrent loss?

How far along are you?

I spotted from 4-11 weeks with my son. Sometimes it's normal and okay

Best of luck. My US is on the 9th and I'm counting the hours already

well i took a hp test Sept 15
before i took the test i had been cramping for weeks like my period was going to come so i didnt think there was a possibility of me being pregnant
the next day sept 16 i had some brownish spotting and i called a nurse station and she didnt say what it could be or anything she just said i recommend you to go to the ER so i did
everything i told the nurse they knodded there heads like everything was normal so i felt a little reliefed.
but when they did an ultrasound the dr only saw the sac no fetus and if my date is right about my last period i would have been about 6 weeks
so he made it seem like something could be wrong so i started worrying
next morning monday i called my dr and they seen me the same day
first thing they did was a pt just like the er did and it was positive again so that made 4 test positive. the dr came in did an ultrasound and didnt find anything
he was a little comforting he did say that i was definetly pregnant and maybe my date is off and it's so early i could be a couple of weeks so he said hell see me in two weeks which is oct 2
but since i been spotting brownish still and get cramps
and my mom is the one that says maybe im going to loose the baby

it worries me because i didnt have any problems with my first pregnancy so im just scared at this point

Well, if you're not sure of your dates, you could be off. And at 6w, it's common not to see a heartbeat. BUT, from my experience (6losses), once the spotting/bleeding from a miscarriage begins, it's usually over in 2-3 days max.

You may have a partial placenta previa, a sub chorionic bleed, or just a reactive cervix. All normal.

Yes, you also COULD be miscarrying. I've been there. It sucks. A lot. But you'll get through.

If the ultrasound is okay, ask the doc for some progesterone (you can buy cream to rub on your belly OTC) and just try not to stress.

I know your fear all too well. Best wishes for the ultrasound!

yes, totally normal.

cramping is too, although it could mean other stuff as well. a lot of women experience cramping. it's also normal to see nothing but a sac on an U/S. I saw my embryo at 7 wks but earlier than that, barely anything was noticeable.
