Girls name! *poll*

These are about all we can agree on. For a boy we have Vincent Joseph. But the girl name is so hard

If you have any other suggestions, throw 'em at me   Nothing yew-nique or misspelled. TIA!

I think the middle name Sue dumbs it down a lot. Makes it really hillbilly. Any of the names are nice, Sue doesn't do them justice.

It was my grandmothers MN, who passed away in 2010. I share her MN, and I'm passing it on to my LO. So... MN is not negotiable.

Brandy is dated and unattractive. Sounds like a stripper from the 80's. I don't think anyone in their right mind would use Brandy these days.

Margaret/Maggie is definitely my favorite right now, followed by Alice. SO said he likes Maggie... but I told him she isn't gonna be the cute little 2 year old Maggie and will need an adult name

What about Elizabeth? Elizabeth Sue doesn't sound as "hill billy" as Maggie Sue (although of the options you gave that one has the best flow)

Of all those, I like Maggie the best.
My MIL 's name is Debra Sue. My stepdaughter's middle name (which DH had no part in) is Sue. I personally dont like it at all. But I know why you are using it. I wanted to name one of my girls Ingrid, but DH didnt like it. It's my grandmother's name.

SO likes Elizabeth! Lizzie.

We have this weird thing.... his family has this -y, -ie, -ey thing going on (like the long E sound) with all of their names. Ashley, Scottie, Mikey, Baylie, Granny, Sammy   So I do like Lizzie!

I never really cared for Sue. Growing up, I hated that my mom gave me such a dated MN. But I've grown to appreciate it, and I really want to pass it on to my LO. Especially since she won't get to meet her great grandmother

Elizabeth is great! It's great cuz it's a classic name but you can make it more modern by calling her Lizzie (although my cousin Elizabeth we always called "Bit" because that's what her big sister could say when she was born)
