Kicking fits from my 3yr old.. Help??

Ok so my 3 yrvols daughter has comebupnwith this kicking screaming and rolling around fit tossing... It is starting to get very bad and I don't know what to do. She actually hit me a few weeks ago and has been telling me what to do and telling me no!???!! She has never done this before about a month ago and now it's starting to get old fast because even for the smallest things she will roll kick yell scream ect . I spank her but she cries for a split second then sees something she wants and starts to cry about that. Do I did time out for 5 mins no go. Put her on the wall... No go she just hit the wall... Putting her in her room for a hour mo go. Not being allowed outside worked for a few days but then she started the telling thing. SOMEONE HELP MY BABY GIRL IS HAVING A MELT DOWN TO EVERY LITTLE THING AND I DON'T KNIW WHY??!!!
