Have you ever made it? I came across this recipe:

we had that last night for dinner. Threw the stuff in the crock pot and came home from work to a yummy dinner.

I think I was set on making it but you just gave me the extra push to do so! woohoo

It's sooo good. I make a big crock pot full then freeze half for an easy meal later.

That's the recipe I use! I LOVE it. For the seasoning, I just use McKormick Fajita seasoning.

My FIL makes a yummy tortilla soup, no clue what his recipe is though!

I will grill the chicken & slice it up and top it on the soup, then avocados, then tortiallas.
