How about elevating her mattress?

We cosleep and I don't think it's possible to elevate my mattress.

When you take her into the shower & she is breathing in all the steam -beat her.
Kinda like burping a baby. Beat on her chest & back to break up all the mucus clinging to her lungs.

If her cough is 'productive' have her spit it out. You don't want her swallowing the mucus back down.

If you can take her outside today & have her run. The more active she is the more it will break up.

I hope she feels better soon. You both need sleep

Thanks. I do like beating her   lol

Her cough is still so dry. Not producing anything. It's more like she gets a constant tickle in her throat and that makes her cough. Not like it's coming from her lungs, if that makes sense.

Last night was "okay". She still got up and coughed a smurf load, but she did sleep more than she has been.

I like to beat the boys too. I say its time to beat the baby when I do it. Lol

She doesn't like honey at all? Even if you tell her she can have a spoon of it?

I have (rarely) seen some suckers that are for coughs. I don't know how well they work, or how long they last.

I tricked her into eating a spoonful of honey last night and it was HILARIOUS

She ran around with her tongue out, spit everywhere, brushed her teeth twice, wiped her tongue with a towel... anything to get the honey off of her mouth.

so no, she doesn't do honey lol

I'll look for the suckers when I go to the pharmacy today. She kinda likes suckers
