Contraction or BH

Ive been xperience strong menstrual cramps and sharp pains down my back. Non stop for the last three days and im passin my mucus plug
Are there just bh or real contractions. Cause I felt bh and this is wayyyy painful..

Bh typically are not painful. Does laying down or walking make them go away or not help?

No it dont, I still get them..

Should I go to the hospital and get checked out. Cause I havent xperience bloddy show . The contractuons are like 6 min apart or like more then 15

If you are contracting every 5 they say go in.
