Favorite?

Healthy snacks amd meals? I need some ideas on what to buy that's satisfying and also to curb cravings. Or a healthy alternative to unhealthy snacks?

Also, what are some fun workout videos I could try?

Fresh fruits and vegetables....any and all of them   Eating them fresh is best, but you can always steam them if you prefer.

Most of the time for lunch I have a spring mix grilled chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts and blue cheese crumbles with a Rasberry walnut vinegerette dressing (a specific kind of dressing, I've tried others that are absolutely disgusting). You can add mandarin oranges too. It's around 200 calories and I usually have a V8 to help fill me up.

I can eat it 5 days a week and it's still YUM!! I'll go look at the brand of dressing, it really makes or breaks the salad....

What's hummus? I have seen it in stores but never tried it what does it taste like?

And hummus is super yummy. It's hard to explain the taste, just get some and try it. It's different at first but you'll find yourself craving it again!! I use tortilla chips, pita chips/bread, any veggie, really anything to dip in it!
