I was hoping to add friends on there. I only have the app so I can't go on the website but would like the extra motivation.

My story,

I have always been overweight since childhood, throughout my teens I tried the fad diets and very unhealthy ways to lose weight. When I was 16 I got up to 220 and decided to lose weight the healthy way and it went really well. I got down to 160 but I started binge eating again and over the past three years have gained it all back and then some. I want to make a permanent change and get to a healthy weight. I hope to overcome my unhealthy relationship with food and really make a difference this time. I wont lie, already I have had some bad days, but I don't want to give up.

My current weight is 290, goal weight 1 is 275 and my ultimate goal is 125.
