Help please? Implantation Bleeding??

Hi everyone   I'm new on here so I apologise if I'm posting this in the wrong spot. I was hoping someone may be able to help me out with their opinion. My partner and I are TTC.. I have regular 27 days cycles with my period lasting 6-7 days each time. This month my period began a day early, but was a light, brown discharge. Day 2 I passed 5 or 6 blood clots, dark red in colour, and then I had brown discharge again for half a day. That was it, no more clots, no blood, nothing. Is this just something that can happen? Or could it be implantation? I'm in no pain. Any advice/opinions would be very much appreciated. Thanks  

Clots doesn't sound normal. If take a test and see what that says. Idk.

implatation is usually just spotting.
the clots sounds worrying maybe it was a chemical pregnancy.
