Home birth and Water birth

I've gone natrual since with all my kids, I wanna do a home water birth.
Have any of you ever had a home water birth, did it go well?
I just want to hear about it from other mommy's i know a lot about it but still ify.
Just want to know other peoples experiences and how it went.
I know everyones different.

Did someone surrogate for you or did you surrogate for someone else?

Either way, why would you get a surrogate if you already concieved 4 kids in a short amount of time?

And/or why would you surrogate for someone else if you had preemie under a year ago.

Doesn't make sense.

I think if you've had no delivery problems with your '6' other kids, then this one should just fly right out.

Lol. after my son Hunter I was told I wouldn't be able to have any more kids, so I had a Surrogate (my sister) and twins are very common in mine and my husbands family. lol. Now I am blessed with another baby, but I call it quiets after she is born.

I'm lost

I had planned home births with both children. For the second one, I had even set up a rented, heated tub in the basement. But I ended up giving birth at the hospital with both (high blood pressure, induced with the first, hospital ended up being the best place for me to be   ).

However, I did give birth in the water with my second. I laboured in the tub with my first as well. I loved the water during labour/birth. My only complaint is that I wanted to move around during pushing but I couldn't figure out how to do that and stay in the tub, so I stayed on my back/side. If I had been at home, I would have been able to move around a lot (the rented tub was huge, it was an AquaDoula). Although, I loved the shower at the hospital, the part of me that was out of the water was cold, so my husband used the shower head spray to keep me warm, it was very relaxing and hypnotic  .

I think so, it could just be that I've been up since 6:30 and am barely finished with my first cup of coffee but I don't think there's any amount of coffee that'll make this smurf add up.
