I cut out soda, and started drinking water liek a crazy woman. That alone dropped me about 10 lbs in a month. I started 30 Day Shred, and Couch to 5K, and also watching my calories/carbs.
It was tough at first, but now, I don't think I could ever go back to the way I ate before. And I went to Ihop yesterday, and today, I'm up 1.2 lbs. It's just water retention from all the sodium I ate... I'm drinking water like a champ today. Ready to be back down. Lol.
ETA. I just told my friends/family that I started running, not dieting. If they want to go out to eat,. I go. But not anymore than once in abotu two weeks. My husband took awhile to get on board, but he's lost about 17 pounds since the first of August.
