Went for a run today, and was aiming for an 11 minute mile.
This is what I ended up with:

Super thrilled. My 5K is in less than 2 months, and I'm hoping to run it in less than 35 minutes.
With this rate, I think I'll definitely be able to beat that!

That is GREAT! In High school the good runners did it in 8 or 9.... and this isn't high school!!!! lol Fantastic job!

Hit 220.0 this morning, after going out to eat with the in-laws last night, I still managed to shake off 1/2 lb. since yesterday morning.
Pretty thrilled.
Also, got told I looked 18 yesterday. (I'm 23)

BUT... I'm getting back at it tomorrow morning!

2 miles in 20 minutes!
I've cut 5 min per mile since starting in August! (was doing a 15:something mile)

Have 37 days until my 5K!

Ran a 5K in 36:31.
Plan on knocking off 1:31 for the Graffiti Run next month!

OMG it seems like you are just losing weight so fast! My scale broke last week and I feel like I've gained 10lbs in a week. I'm so SICK of being trapped in this body. I just got a job, so that's something good... I was doing well on my whole foods diet but then all of a sudden for a bout a week straight I jsut wanted to eat EVERYTHING... and so I I hate half of everything... which means I probably gained 20lbs.... ugh. I need motivation. I can't ever get a work out in with my daughter. Ever. And it's killing me. If I could JUST lose 40 to start, I'd be SOOOOOOO ove rthe moon.

I am working very hard to get all of it off. I am not losing weight as fast as I was at first, but I am okay with it. I am averaging a 2 pound loss per week. They have baby boot camp here where I live, so you can do it with your baby. I'm not sure about the cost, I just see all the moms together when I go run. You should see if they have one in your area! When I couldn't get away from the babies, I just did 30 Day Shred on YouTube after they went to sleep. Congrats on the job!! I googled "weight loss motivation", and I also have a board on Pinterest for it, so I always have motivation when I need it, which is a lot. Lol.

Graffiti Run is done.
Did it in 40 minutes, so I didn't meet my goal time. But I am thrilled that I finished it!
