I started on July 22.
Less than 3 months later, I'm weighing in 31.6 pounds lighter as of this morning.

HORRAY!!! That's my FIRST goal, to get to 225... because that's the lowest I got after having my son... I haven't started hard core yet... I did get rid of everything unhealthy and only buy whole wheat, veggies, and chicken. It's still in the 100s where I live so I haven't been able to go outside... This weekend will be in the 80's, and then me and my girlfriends are going to start walking.

I'm making a goal for myself:


I've lost 33 pounds so far.
On October 22, (3 month anniversary of starting this) I'd like that number to be 40.
So that's 7 pounds in 16 days.

I'm kind of stressed because FIL's birthday is on 10/20, and they always go to dinner.... that might complicate things a bit... But

I'm gonna try it!

7 lbs in 16 is a little tough, and maybe a little too much. But i'm sure you can do it! Just make sure to eat like you should be, and just exercise a little extra instead.   GREAT JOB!!

Yep... went with the best friend. Her new boyfriend & hubby met for the first time, and it went awesome. Yay for man-dates. Lol.
But, we ended up grubbing on some pizza &I had a coke or 2. (ALL THOSE CARBS  )
Minor setback, but first thing tomorrow, it's back-on-track time.
I'm not looking forward to what the scale says in the morning, but I know it'll be down in a few days!

Down to a size 18.
After I had Keigann, I could barely even button up 22's.
 

Also, don't think I'll hit that goal I set (7 pounds in 16 days)
So, I'll stick with the 221 by 10/25. (40 pounds lighter than last year at that time.)
