What did you look like at 7 months?

posted 28th Sep
When I stand up...I look huge. When I lay down, the only thing you can see is the giant bump below my belly button. I don't get it!

You SO don't look huge

I had something called "Polyhydramnios" which is an excessive amount of Amniotic fluid - I was bigger than you at 6 months hehe.

I was freaking out because I couldn't figure out why I was getting SO big (I'm a tiny person naturally) and they didn't figure the fluid issue out till 8ish months. People used to ask me "you sure there's only one in there?"

But no, you're not big, and the reason you see less of a bump when you lay down is because your uterus falls towards your back.

Quoting Mommy of 1.5 kids hehe:" I think you look so small and cute!"

Well, thanks!! When I put on clothes and get out of the lazy clothes, I just feel huge...But when I lay down at night, I've only got this small little bump where you can feel him.

I personally wonder if he's growing the right way or if there is enough fluid, because of the fact that he looks so small when I lay down. But I also have sciatica, so I think he may be growing more towards my back and inside, rather than out...

That could be! I had the same issues, I ended up having back labor - no contractions in the front at all.
