Swollen inside vagina PP Triple tmi!

So my vagina has been like this ever since having my son 18 months ago. Even before I got preggers again. Like the inside is thicker(swollen?) feeling and looking and there is raised tissue. I have had pap smears and so one has said anything. Am I the only one?
