Pain medications???

I am now 35 weeks and 1 day so far that i know of i'm already dilated 1 centimeter I personaly don't want to do an epidural I'm going to try natural but if i can't take the pain "as I'm a crybaby when it comes to pain" lol what other options would i have besides epidural???

As soon as I got checked in they started trying to get me on a morphine drip. I've also heard they use stadol (sp?) and demerol.

I'm looking for options mainly cause my doctor said my daughter could be here when ever lol and i'm a big baby i also have back problems and thats another reason why i don't want the epidural.
