I think what she meant was since this is your second pregnancy by 2 different dead beat sperm donors, then you should get on a good form of BC unless you want this to keep happening. Not that you keep having babies and giving them up. The way she said it did sound judgmental, but I believe she meant it as trying to be helpful...kwim?
