Is this a healthy meal?

I've been dieting and I have been trying to figure out what I want for lunch. I like to buy the taco shells that you can buy at warm up in the oven for 5 min. And then I cook up chicken breast and chop up into small pieces... Do you think that sounds healthy? I put the taco seasoning that comes with the shells. I normally eat 4, which I think might be too much. But what do you think?

Taco seasoning packets aren't healthy. Even the low sodium packets have too much salt. You would be better off making your own taco seasoning. Its easy. You can find a recipe for it online. Not sure about the taco shells. I'd probably use a whole grain tortilla wrap before a taco shell though. Add some veggies too.

Just chicken and taco shells? No, not very healthy.

I would eat 2 if they're small and one if they're big. I wouldn't use the taco seasoning. I would probably put some low fat mayo on there like a chicken salad and season it with garlic salt. Mustard is zero calories so I put it on everything. I like to make fajitas. Slice bell peppers and onions. Cook in olive oil and lemon juice. Season with lemon pepper. Put on a tortilla with salsa and a dab of sour cream as enjoy. how many calories are the tortillas u bought? I found big ones for 100 calories at Walmart. That's the lowest calorie ones I have found.

Not at all. The taco seasoning packets are loaded with sodium & it really is so simple to make your own.
You could make a taco salad, use blue corn chips(a small amount) and instead of sour cream use plain greek yogurt. Some black beans would be good on it too.

Taco shells are FULL of fat.
This is what I do:
Cumin, salt, pepper, paprika on chunks of chicken. Sautee in a pan.
Use a whole grain low-fat tortilla wrap, put in chicken, a little bit of black beans or fat free refried beans, fresh salsa (not in a jar. the refridgerated stuff with no preservatives/fillers/salt), a touch of corn, lettuce, tomato, fat free sour cream, and a SMALL amount of cheese. And if I have leftover "Spanish" rice, I'll put about a tablespoon in there too.
I do the same thing with fish.

No, not at all.
When I do tacos for the family I avoid the shell and just pile lettuce, black beans, just a tad bit of meat, and tad bit of Mexican cream.

No not healthy. The taco shells are ALL fat. You need to find a healthy whole wheat wrap or soft tortilla. And the seasoning packets are LOADED with sodium. Don't use those at all. Find a seasoning you like by Mrs. Dash (salt free). And four is WAY too many. You can make ONE taco on a small whole wheat wrap and then maybe add some of the chicken to a small side salad with salsa for dressing. Add some low sodium black beans, fresh onion, fresh green bell pepper, etc. to spice up your salad.

Thats basically what I had for lunch, a huge pate of greens with grilled chicken, topped with a couple of tortilla chips and a few spoonfuls of home made salsa. Yummm

not healthy at all...4 is wayyy too many as well...depending on the size just 1 or 2 would be plenty...I would suggest buying some kind of whole grain tortilla wrap...stuffing it with chicken, tons of veggies and maybe just a tad bit of cheese or a tad bit of some kind of sauce for flavor...wraps are really tasty!
