Scout and I

SO i am still technically on maternity leave even after over 6 weeks of being so. My PPD got so bad that i had to start depression meds and sleep aids to finally get me to calm down enough to manage life in general.

Things had been hard. Scout had a seizure at 6 weeks old and was in the hospital for a while. She is doing amazing and is always filled with smiles for me. She's my happy girl. I am just glad that so far she doesn't seem to be having any resdiual effects from it. We are still waiting to hear from the neurologist but as the days go on, I truly feel like she is fine. And she is cutting 2 teeth already....CRAZY i know.

We have been making it and I am actually starting to feel soooooooooo much better. I actually laugh now and really since being on my meds feel like myself again. Its been wonderful to wake up and not dread my day but look forward to it. Things are still going haywire but I just smile and get through the day. We will make it. I have faith and plus we made it this far already/  


I hop you all are having a great Fall so far. As for me I am looking forward to spending the weeknd playing in the leaves and decorating for Halloween

Thanks. its been a long hard road but I am so blessed and thankful for everyday. things always work out. You never stress about the things you were last month....and tomorrow comes no matter how hard sometimes you try to stop it.

I have just recently heard about your story and read up on your past posts. I am so glad things are looking up for you. I wish you nothing but happiness and the best. Your daughter is just precious.

two teeth already!? it took autumn 8 months! lol glad to hear things are looking up and you feel like yourself again. still praying for you and your LOs, you're doing a great job, mama! keep it up!  

just wanted to say thank you to all of you. i know that sometimes on here things can get a bit drama overload. A lot of hate talk and such. But i have found some really great people on here and I just wanted you to know it!

Things that you worry about yesterday are usually never the things you stress about tomorrow. It all passes....no matter how bad it gets.
