A lot of people use them to help them sleep-- definitely isn't considered a "sleep aid" though. Especially not for what I assume is a teenage boy on probation.

You're fiance needs to suck it up, get through rehab, get through probation and start over fresh. I really hope he makes the right decision and cuts all the dirtbags out of his life. He needs to stop talking to and being around anyone who steals, does drugs, sells drugs etc. Because let's face it he had to get that pill from somewhere!

okay well get this im not saying its not his fault he was going to test positive for a pill his step mother gave him its that WE DID NOT KNOW he could test postive for something that we were not AWARE was in the pill so therefore its nobodys fault because we weren't smart enough to research it and their house so excuse me on my behalf for not thinking. And want me to record one of his mettings for you so you would know what i would mean, the bitch called me a liar. and i dont lie. especially when it comes to his probation. and i never said the words he has not done anything wrong, he is a flawed person as are we all but he isn't perfect. All im saying is that she has never liked him even when he started going there. he now works two jobs and she is pissed because he cant get less hours to go to grief councling because she thinks he is mentally scared from the death of his mother and sister and is trying to make a life for me and our baby.

It's illegal to dispense meds not prescribed for an individual.

So if this is what happened, she would also face legal action.

Don't smurfing take a prescription pill if you don't know what's in it.
You can only get them by prescription for a reason.
