It might be better but it might not, it doesn't help that my pregnancy is high risk. And sometimes people just dont always listento their girlfriends and are in the wrong place at the wrong time ):,. I read the thing she gave him requesting the court order rehab and it said only failed one drug test for benzoes i think is what is called and failure to pay back this one person she had him go see, but i took him to pay the guy back and failure to appear at p.o meeting which i took him too but she is still trying to say he didn't appear. I guess you could say short end of the stick?

No we found this out after he started a new job 3 weeks ago pathways is where he goes for like an hour the rehab he will live there

Honestly, I would be thankful he is able to get the help that a lot of people do not have the opportunity to get.

He might not be there for the birth, but honestly, it's more important that he gets help and is there for the rest of the kid's life.

If he did not have a valid rx for it...........

Yeah he definitely did the wrong thing especially if he was on probation and knew he'd be getting drug tested.

If he really did only do one pill one time though this really does suck

Benzodiazepines are some of the most commonly used medications in psychiatry. they are found in klonopin and thats what he took

But they weren't his, so he didn't have the prescription. That's the point she's making. Nobody is disputing whether or not they work.

And if he had an actual prescription for it, he wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

It sounds like you make a lot of excuses for his behavior.
Hes on probation - but its not his fault he did nothing.
He gets charged with something - but its not his fault, his probation officer hates him and must want to ruin his life for NO gain of her own.
He gets a positive drug test but its not his fault.
He's done nothing wrong, hes an angelic person and upstanding citizen but yet here you are.

Im not trying to be mean to you at all. I am the child of someone who sounds an awful lot like your baby daddy and I will tell you that my Mom being a co-dependant (which is what you are, by the way. Look it up!) and making excuses just like you are lead him to get much, much worse and caused some irreversible damage on my siblings and I. You need to wake up and accept that "the system" isnt against you, and he is obviously doing things wrong that he needs to sort out with the sake of this baby.

i agree i was with him when he took it and we didn't think he could get in trouble for it. were really praying and hoping his mom will help work some magic and make his p.o just get laughed at by the judge. The tables could turn either way. On the plus side he has two jobs now, the down side is that she will be the cause of him either loosing one or both if he goes in.

Klonopin aren't sleeping pills lol
I used to get highhhhhhh off those!

Whether he knew about the illegal property is pointless, he is obviously hanging around with people that make poor decisions.

Taking a benzo is no biggie, but if you recently got bagged for stolen property, it is.

I hope this changes his lifes path.
