Hayleigh is my fiances mothers name and he didn't want to change the spelling he wanted it to be just like his mothers.

If everyone calls her Rae then you could make her first name Rae. Since you like Pearl it could be Rae Pearl. It seems a shame to change Rae if it suits her.

I have a cousin whose daughter is named Reannon but everyone calls her Rea for short. That could be another option for a first name. Just an idea.
