Ive been in a simular situation. I was raped and locked in his closet for weeks. Didnt knkw the guy it was a set up.. Anyways I ended up pregnant. And decided an abortion would be the best choice. Its been 6 years and I still have a hard time. If you need soneone to talk to PM me anytime.

All of my evidence and statements from my doctor who originally called the police are in the court system from the case that got dismissed. I'm not sure if they would still have it. But the court case was for a restraining order to make it safe to press charges...because he would retaliate if there was no protection. He knows he will get deported.

Honestly, have your friend visit you, or go out of your way to avoid driving by his house. I would NOT put yourself in a situation where you're near him.

If they did a rape kit at the hospital I would have them reopen my case.I would have my job write a letter stating they wouldn't give me the day off. I would have his ass handed to him if he get's away with what he did to you he'll do it to someone else. I'm sorry that this happened to you and I think with justice you'll find closure.

I would push to re open the case. And I would talk to someone maybe a therapist or something. Having a abortion it self is hard on someone but from being raped has to be even harder. I had a very hard time after I had my abortion, I was not raped though. So I imagine you are having a even harder time, but as time goes on it will get better. It probably would help you to talk to someone, that is how I got over mine I started to just open up about it after a few years and now its a little different for me. It still hurts thinking about it though. Wish you the best, but if I were you i wouldn't let him walk around and torment you, I would push for getting something done.
