ok so i did part 1, and must say i looove it   i got all sweaty... but since i still had some energy left i was on the treadmill for 30min after it ahhaha

feel good. now i want some cake. nutella cake. omg my sugar is so low its crazy LOL.

but instead i will drink some lemonade and go to bed

good choice. My sugar drops rather quickly when doing yoga , but that could be because i have hypoglycemia.

I did it twice today since i really needed to good stretch with my hips. Work has been one restraint after the next so my body is very tight.
