So, I start a new exercise regimen tomorrow. I'm so exited! I'm easing my way into my new diet, because it's going to take a lot of getting used to. It's one I plan on adopting for the rest of my life, so I'm slowly eliminating bad habits one by one to keep from relapsing.
w: 185 lbs (84kg)
h: 5'4" (64cm)
I don't really believe in BMI, especially since I have a weird body structure any way.
40lb -50lb overall weight loss.
I'm not sure how many inches that would be?
Be able to run 3 miles in a day.
Stop smoking completely.
Completely adopt new diet/lifestyle.
Work out a minimum of 4 times a week.

Honestly, I didn't know how badly I looked until I took these...but that's okay! I'm taking proactive steps to a healthier me, and I'm ready to take them head on! Any advice and support will be greatly appreciated. <3 Also, if you want to be work out buddies, PM me!
