Today I had court... It was a check up on how the visitation we got last time went.. Which he didnt even use... Well 15.5 hours out of the 243 he could have.
So his lawyer proposed he have Tues and Wed, 12 - 6. I obviously agreed. Its less time then he was awarded before and ALL ive been asking for was consistency for my daughter.
He had a 'back injury' since July, which in his statement was the same day he went to the mayhem concert.. coincident? I think not. So his lawyer had some sob story about how he couldnt see his daughter for FOUR months because of that.. He couldnt drive, get out of bed or move... EXCEPT, my family and friends have seen him driving all around time.. and all three visitations he came driving HIMSELF.. funny how he isnt able to get out of bed when its convent for him. But is more then capable to go out of town for a wedding, to walk around the fair for 4 hours and to play and hold my daughter when we had those few visits at my house.. funny how that is..
So needless to say, he dramatically had some sob story about how 'injured' he was and i just agreed with his proposed times.
AND get this.. We (his lawyer and I) said, he cant 'cancel' because he 'cant get out of bed' that his girlfriend had those days off and would help take care of her. He asked that he get her today, since its wednesday and since we didnt have plans i agreed.. He calls me after court and says "i wasn't prepared to have her, so I dont have anything she needs" ... so i had to send her with undies and change of clothes in case she had an accident. AND then he tried to cancel TUESDAY...
AFTER COURT, you'd think he'd last like a week?? haha.

I know! I just get sooo mad when he makes a huge deal about his 'injury' when its complete BS... Hes more then fine when we're alone, but when other people come thats when the 'show' starts..
