Well, in two months...

I have gone from a tight size 18, pushing a size 19, down to a size 15 that has gotten baggy on me.   I can wear a regular large in halloween costumes. I feel great, and I have so much self confidence, and SO has noticed because he's been all over me lately.

I'm just proud of my progress so far. I had to share.

ETA: Yeah, closer to 2 months.

I've been taking a small all natural supplement that I found at Wal Mart... I can't think of the name of it but it's helped. Other than that, chasing a toddler and eating about 1/3 of what I used to eat due to less appetite has worked wonders. I was seriously eating too much.

  It does. I admit, I had gotten depressed. Thought I was going nowhere, had no motivation. School started back up, and I hauled ass to get my smurf straight, body and mind.
