I'm about to reattempt Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Every time I have before my knee has started acting up and I couldn't continue. But I'm not going to do it 7 days a week this time lol

I'd love to do that but I have the rhythm of a drunk kangaroo when not dancing. I don't look graceful when exercising at all, I'm liable to fall on my face or ass. LOL

I have a few times  

It's not too hard, just constant. It's 20 minutes and no breaks. And there is a lot of jumping, which kills my knee if I forget my brace. That's why I plan on only doing it Monday through Friday while DH is at work. And instead of doing one level for 10 days and switching, I'm going to keep doing the same level until it's not a challenge anymore.

Pretty much just kind of ease my body back into it, and hope I don't hurt myself again.

Mine hurts too, I make sure to ice it every time I'm done. I am on the last day of level one.

I do the Just Dance game on Wii for exercise. It's fun, and a great way to shed some pounds.

I would do a different exercise during those cardio parts that are too hard on your knee. It's still better than sitting around. I would say to do the punches during the parts that hurt too much.

I did that for a while. And for about 2-3 weeks I was doing all of the abs parts from each level but doing it for about 30-45 minutes straight. The main part I want to work on is my stomach anyways. And then I was walking as I could while my knee was hurting.
