If you find them online they go up to like 32 and down to 0 where it's just flavors. it's no on a 0-32 scale...it kind of skips around like 32, 28, 24...maybe by 4's. lol

These are government apartments, and they're not the brightest. It may have just been the maintenance guy telling me that. He tries to tell me the stuff he WANTS to be rules. Like, he'll tell me that he's trying to get hem to enforce things as rules so I'm not allowed to do them just in case they get passed lol.

Her parents were smurfed up in some way, and she could never and still cannot accept it.
She honestly believes they were good people who just got their kid taken away for good.

It is really sad...quite honestly I wonder if (and not joking at all) if she was one of those girls who sat alone as lunch and stayed in her own little bubble because people thought she was weird.

Well I have a friend who was bullied (ashamed to say I was one of the bulliers in hs) but we kind of grow up and ask for forgiveness...she has lots of fb friend...people just grow up. She might be popular though for all we know so who knows...she just rubs me as someone who struggled socially in school.
