I'm pretty sure they still give your money back. Paypal is hooked to a bank account so even if she doesn't get back to paypal paypal has access to her account.

I just emailed her, I'm going to give her a day or two to get in touch with me before I file, but if she doesn't by Friday then I will.

You should have ordered from me.
