What's for dinner?

I'm attempting my first roast. I got a late start so it won't be done until about 9 or so   so we'll be eating sandwiches until then haha

We will be having BBQ sandwiches with cheddar broccoli and home made mac and cheese.

Roasting a 4.25 pound duck with lots of veggies and polish sausage. I cook for 9-10 people so there has to be a second entree!

We completely paid off our credit card today, so to celebrate, we're going out to dinner. Probably Olive Garden. lol, woot.

Eggy Pie (aka Quiche) Filled with ham, cheese, onion and spinach. Served with a green salad.

Chili that I made on Sunday for me.

Grilled marinated Italian chicken, pasta salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, & green peppers. With corn on the cob

mexican takeout, ftw!

Cheesy potato soup

Steak..I've been craving steak for 3 days, i have to have it  

Goodness. DD and I just need to visit a new BG house for dinner every night.

If I'm able to get up and make something I'll make baked chicken with mashed potatoes and corn, if not I'll just throw in a pizza
