spaghetti

What can I add to the sauce? I want to add peppers and sausage, what do you add when trying to mix it up? I don't want to put beef or chicken..

Yeah, I wouldn't add other meats. I always put onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, ect.

Roasted garlic!!!!!!

I don't put any meat in my sauce. Sometimes I make Italian sausage on the side.
I like zucchini or French cut green beans in my sauce.

Ground beef/sausage/turkey, peppers, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes.

Mushrooms and garlic.

I usually add stewed tomatoes, celery, onions, mushroom and bell peppers.

a little bit of red wine  

Onions and garlic are ALWAYS winners. Try mushrooms.

I usually add a little sour cream and a little sugar. Makes it creamy and sweet

That would never make it into my sauce.   But it all goes into the same place when ingested.  

Mmmm these all sound good lol ill def be adding the garlic and onions and peppers, I want a chunky sauce so ill prob add zucchini with the sausage

I buy hot italian sausages, boil them to get the grease out then fry them in a pan and add to the sauce, it lets out a lot of flavor, yum. I don't like peppers though.

I add mushrooms too. I like whole grain pasta, but SO despises it so I always go half and half. I use my spaghetti sauce on top of those cheese filled noodles (Butoni maybe) too for change. I always add random spices, always onion and garlic, then whatever smells good at the time. Basil, oregano just shake some on.

If I want to do Chicken caccitorre(sp) I do it about the same.

hahha, I learned to buy red wine vinegar...

It never made it into my sauce with the real sutff.
