He PUNCHED me! [C-Section pains.]
posted 26th Sep
So I'm almost a year PP and I still have C-Section pains. It could be anything from endometriosis to the FMS, so I've never really been concerned about it. I just get really sore in my scar area from time to time.
Now.
Yesterday, Dead or Alive 5 came out. My friend was super hype about it, and kept jumping around like and goof and being just plain silly about it. He came up to me and did a pose and said "Come on Terra, let's go!" so I did the same thing. lmao. I was NOT expecting him to jab me right in the abdomen! It was one of the WORST pains I have ever felt in my life. I just crumpled on the floor and couldn't move, couldn't yell, couldn't cry. It felt like I was dying. He kept saying "Oh my god, I'm so sorry, I thought you'd move, I'm so sorry!"
I'm still REALLY sore today, like, "hurts to sneeze and laugh" sore. I feel like I did when I was 4 weeks PP. Would you go in and get that checked out if you were me?
Before anyone gives him smurf, he was in football, wrestling, and still works out regularly. I know for a fact he didn't think it would hurt me at all, he just doesn't know his own strength. He's one of my best bros, and he felt so bad he bought me Wendy's, so I forgive him. Haha.

Any time you have a pain that incapacitates you you should have it checked out!

Idk maybe, if it doesn't ease up within a few days I would.
My 3rd was c-sec and I didn't experience any pain-not even in the 1st week, I guess all c-sec are different to each body.

I've had 2 c-sections and the area's a bit sore sometimes (kind of feels like a pulled muscle) but nothing like you're describing. Rough housing wouldn't end with me laying curled up on the floor anyway. I'd call your dr and see what he says.

I probably will. I hate going to the doctor, though. =[ Ugh.

I've had mine since '09, and then 20+ mnths ago and it's still... a no no area to touch. It doesn't so much "hurt" as it's just oddly numb but every once in awhile I get those pulling sensations there so yeah I'd get it looked at just to be sure he didn't rupture something or like tear the inside stitches or something, who knows. If you were in that much pain it can't be good hope you're alright! poor guy he must've felt terrible!!

He did! I kept telling him "It's fine it's fine!" but he still felt like he owed me so he bought me dinner. Haha.

i have a lot of pain in my csection area. ive had two, my last was 15 months ago and if my kids climb on it, i feel like death :/ maybe get it checked out though? im not sure but i wish mine wasnt so sensitive.

I'd get it checked out. There's always a remote possibility of something being left in there (like surgical sponges, etc) or more likely of scar tissue being troublesome. They can easily do an ultrasound to check. As for your homie, sounds like it's time for a good punking *bwah-ha-ha-haaa! Hmmm* >
Good luck

OP, are you feeling okay now? Did the pain persist on to where you had to get it checked?

Sorry, I meant to update this! I'm no more sore than I was before it happened, but I still have an appointment to checkup on the recovery since it's been a while. =]
