i'm jealous i can't wait for that! by 18 weeks i was feeling regular movments with DS i even have a video of him kicking from the outside at 18 weeks some odd days and hubby felt him for the first time at 19 weeks

Oh wow, mines nowhere near seeing from the outside yet. Or hubby feeling it. I'd say maybe another month

Yea i've got awhile too, but i can't wait for it!

I don't think I pay attention enough to feel it regularly. I feel it every once in a while. But not everyday yet and I will be 20 weeks tomorrow.
Bought the nursery furniture today: crib, changing table, and dresser- all for $550 with tax and shipping. So excited. We won't start on the nursery until April, but the first set that I was going to buy, sale went off, so when I found this at such a great price, I had to jump on it today. We will store the stuff at MIL's house until we set up the nursery. Last thing for me to get (maybe) is the glider/rocking chair. Not sure if I think that is absolutely necessary yet.

Anyone get sharp pains throughout the uterus?? This is my first baby and I am small but dang they hurt!!! Any thoughts??

I sometimes get sharp pain, but not throughout my uterus. What I am experiencing is round ligament pain. It is usually in the lower side of my abdomen and I usually get it when I am getting out of bed. How often do you get the pain and how long does it last?

Had 20W scan yesterday and received the results from the quad screen. Everything looks great. It was awesome being able to see him for so long. They scanned me for about 45 minutes. Because my job is at a teaching university, so they were taking their time to show residents the baby's anatomy and people were taking turns. My next routing Dr. visit it on the 25th. Half way there. It seems to be going by so fast!

Glad everything went well and is looking good. I got my quad screen last wednesday and ive been nervous and everytime the phone rings my heart drops lol. Although im not sure if they would call or just tell me at my next appointment. So i should just try and relax LOL

My happens all over, and it feels like in my uterus.. Some days I am completely fine and dont get any.. Other times they are so bad, I have to sit down and take deep breathes. It will happen a couple times then go away. I asked my Dr about it and he said it was "growing pains" but his favorite answer to everything is "use common sense" so he is no help. I am pretty good with pain but sometimes I feel like they are gonna drop me to my knees!

hello all!! feels like forever since ive been in this thread! how has everyone been??
im 21 weeks now and we found out about 2 weeks ago we are having another girl! =)
Dh was not impressed to say the least but i think has come around to the idea lol
other than that nothing eventfull happening im feeling baby move everyday now so hopefully dh will be able to feel her moving soon too!

Have my gestational diabetes test on wednesday...sooo nervous....i don't want to give up my junk lol...on the bright side, baby is weighing about 1lb 13oz  

No diabetes for me..yay!
