Used to be but the rules have changed I was told before that I had too much unearned income but hopefully now because I'm pregnant it'll be easier to get.

I hope you get it!!! Do they take into consideration that you have 3 kids? I am not sure how it all works, but I know to get the stuff here, it's based off income and how big your family is or something like that.

Yea it's actually kinda weird becuase my kids have medicaid and I had it also up until like four months ago.My income is no where near their cut off is even with unearned income so I have no clue what type of guidelines they're using.

Sounds like they're trying to find away around you being on it   I hope you can get on something soon!!

Had a letter at home waiting when I came in from work. It's a letter of presumptive eligibility that says it gives me coverage for 45 days while my Medicaid application is being reviewed so I guess I use this to go to the doctors until I get approved. Sheesh I was actually getting kinda worried today but it seems like its all gonna work out.

First appt on the 23rd...kind of bummed because the doctor I really wanted doesn't accept medicaid anymore...nervous about this new doctor...not to mention the actual appt :/

Thanks! I hope so too...a lot of patients I take care of during my clinicals chose her, so I'm hoping thats a good sign...hope your appt goes well on monday!
