Hey. found the heartbeat earlier - sounded like a train. I am 10+2 today. Oh and the swooshing sound you are hearing is the placenta. From all my reading online hearing the placenta is a very good thing and hopefully won't be long until you hear your baby's heartbeat.

I get my u/s tomorrow so i hope i see something in there. Im feeling totally normal these last couple days

It was to the left, right above my bone. so quite low down. Aww I had a couple of good days around where you was. But then sickness came back for a few. Sure will be good with your scan. Cannot wait to see pics

Heres the little turd... Ive never had one this early. doesnt look like much. you can see the bum and head, and the little thing kinda going upwards is the cord starting to attach  " />

yes for sure, but since i only get one more u/s through my entire pregnancy it'll be a big change next time. Then i wont get one again.

Hi ladies. Been super busy. I had a Ob appointment yesterday and they did an u/s to measure the heart tones. I was excited and very nervous because yesterday was the same day (9w6d) that I started bleeding last year with my m/c. So seeing the baby just brought tears to my eyes and such relief. I will try to remember to post the scan when i get home. The baby was doing a little dance during the scan. And I could pick out facial features!

wow thats awesome! according to my dates im only like a week and a couple days behind you and mine today looked like nothing, def couldnt see any features just looked like a somewhat baby shaped blurry blob lol

Yeah we only get two - one at 12 weeks and another at 20. Sometimes we will get extra if there are concerns, like baby's growth and position. Once we have had our scan next week I am booking in to take the kids for a bonding scan session. Will cost us £100 ($161) but it will be worth it.

same here. Acutally we usally dont get them before 20, but i asked for this one just cause i wanted it. but yeah if they felt i needed another for whatever reason i would get another but the 20 week one is standard and really the only one we get

I can tell you had to pee, lol. My bladder looked like that too, I had to really go!

that was after i peed a full cup. She couldnt see anything and made me go let some out haha. I guess we really dont need to drink as much as they say to. I always drink way to much!
